I recently installed an aftermarket stereo in my vehicle. The screen was so bright even when fully dimmed that it was making it difficult for me to see the road at night. I cut this product to size and used a bit of windex to apply to my touch screen stereo. It worked great! Touch screen works the same and I can see!

I bought to cover the bright screen on my treadmill as I run early in the mornings. (4:30am) I did t like the glare from the screen. It worked well, but I had to use 2 to make it work for me.

I have a black Fridgidair countertop icemaker that has a window in the top to see the ice without opening the lid. The afternoon sun interfered with the ice level sensor, which is optical. My temporary fix was a piece of cardboard taped to the lid so that it could be flipped down in the afternoon. That looked kludgy and I had to remember to flip it down.One sheet of this dimming sticker covers the top half of the icemaker window so that much less sunlight reaches the sensor. I have left the bottom half unfiltered so that I can still see the ice easily and so far this seems to work perfectly. The sticker blends in nicely with the black case of the icemaker.
