This is not a good product. Do not buy. The arm straps are too small the leg straps will not stay up on the legs. The stomach strap is max 38 inches. Very painful shocks not normal at all. Do not buy this product. Complete waste of money.

The ab and body stimulator is a decent product for those looking to supplement their exercise routine. Each toner comes in a separate bag to organize for your particular body part. Charging is quick and easy with the ability to charge 3 sensors at once. The sensors are easy to read and display information pertaining to which setting and power level you desire. Connection is fairly easy regarding to your corresponding body part. The sensors attached to the straps with relative ease but are prone to loose connection. The connections don't seem to be as tight as other stimulators on the market. An extender strap is included for those that would not fit into the relatively generous belt around the abdominal area. Connection to the body part is fairly easy and just utilizing a small amount of water. Fit of the belts to the body is about average, Due to the lack of the parts adhering to body shape. The stimulator itself is great. You can really feel the tension on the muscles from the contractions of the straps. The directions to this device are somewhat lacking but usage is pretty straightforward. The various settings give multiple applications whether you're trying to tone muscle or have massage like stimulation. These types of machines will not get you ripped but add value as a supplement to a regular workout routine. A plus for the system are the multiple body straps for various parts you'd like to work out. It's a decent system for those looking to supplement their already existing workout regimen.

First, let’s say anything would work if you work it but this app stimulator does all the work for you. All you need to do is wear it every day and yes, this is a great example of spot training. Don’t let nobody tell you you can’t I’ve noticed results in 2 1/2 weeks and that makes me want to keep wearing it. This is better than a waste trainer. It’s a must try.
