Works well with surgery scars
Works well with smoothing appearance of scar after surgery. Had upper spine surgery on 1/3/25 and incision was done on front of neck on fold. Started using the gel about 3 weeks after surgery and started noticing a difference about 1 week after using. It started to smooth the scar and flatten it. I use about a small pea-size 1-2 times a day. I like how it moisturizes the scar as well. It’s now 3 months after surgery and scar has flattened. Great product and will continue to use!

Get lots of tubes if you plan to use this with fidelity
Working well, only been using for a week on 10 year old stretch marks and acne scars on my touchus (lol) and lower back. The only thing is (I use a dime size amount for both areas) the tube only lasted 4 days and if we need to use it for 60 days to see results, at $13/tube that’s $26/week or about $100 for a month supply. So if you plan to use this with fidelity, get like 10 tubes when you first buy it!

Smooths and softens scar texture over time
Useful for reducing the appearance of scars from acne, surgery, or cuts.Tip: Apply twice daily and stay consistent for at least 8 weeks. What I like• Lightweight, non-greasy formula absorbs quickly• Works on both old and new scars• Gentle enough for facial useWhat could be better• Results can take time and vary by skin type• Small tube runs out fast with large scarsBottom line: A solid choice for gradual scar fading. Perfect for those with mild to moderate scarring, but look at silicone sheets for deeper or raised scars.

Works on older chemical burn on face but only with another product on top
I had a small chemical burn hypertrophic scar from about 5 years ago (about the size of an eraser on end of pencil) - got a little overzealous with some TendSkin solution removing a small pimple there. Nothing has ever worked in the past and thought I would have to get laser treatments or resurfacing.Tried other scar gels in the past (ScarAway) - did nothing really, although ScarAway worked on a couple scars from old cuts on my arms I noticed.Only been 5 days so far (2x a day). Yesterday applied with a swab and was still noticing red inflamed on the area - no real calming down. Had some Arnicare gel here, so waited until it dried yesterday for about 10 mins, then applied the Arnicare gel on top (unscented) with clean swab. The swelling went down immediately. So did the redness. Yes, I had tried ONLY the Arnicare gel in the past and no real results. This morning woke up and noticed how much improvement there was from just that one "combo" application!Today I am trying this combo once again. The swelling of scar and redness went away immediately. At night before bed, I do not have anything on skin to allow it to heal. This will take a bit, but this is the most promising it has looked in 5 years! Will update later when I see more. Let me know if anyone tries this and post your progress.(Again - this is for the sensitive facial skin where you might be looking for something that actually works on that area.)

Really Works
This stuff really works, and a little goes a long way. The only thing is that you have to apply it 4 times a day.

This product does what it says it heals scars left from surgery and makes them less noticeable. I have been using for about a week and have already notice a difference in appearance and softens on and around my scars. Worth the money!!
