Blue star 1 ton ac has been purchased through online by way of exchange and new product got delivered by Amazon on 17.01.2024. Blue Star service team came today (22.01.2024) for installation. Now, display is not coming in indoor unit and outdoor fan also is shaking slightly while running. It is doubtful whether substandard product is supplied through Amazon in the name of offer. It is a unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act. I have complained immediately to amazon customer service for replacement. They have informed that blue star service team will do an inspection and submit a report, based on which, it will be processed. Whereas Blue Star Service Team says that they don't have such instructions so far. No coordination is observed among them. Once we paid the money, problem is ours. Why should they bother about our mental tension and agony? I have taken a decision not to buy any electronic item through online henceforth, whatever be the offer, discount or saving. Worst experience I have faced. Don't be trapped.

The ac has a stylish look, silent and cools the room quickly. I was confused between Panasonic, LG and blue star. LG was expensive, Panasonic and Blue star were cheap. However Panasonic has little more noise level compared to blue star and lookwise blue star is better. Hence i decided Blue star finally. Service of all brands depends on area and not specifically company so you can ignore reviews related to service. They charged me approximately ₹3600 and core drilling was separate charged ₹2000. I will post another review after 6 months how its working so far.

Recently i ordered this ac and its my badluck made installation with bluestar support. Its too worst and horrible and the service guy is demanding for more money for installing stabiliser also. He’s like each drill is of costing at some price and no logical and no common sense in his work. Please go with other outside technicians for better installation without this stupid nonsense. And in reasonable price.

After using 1 yr started gas leakage problem. As 1 yr is passed so had to pay it costed 3.5 k so 10% of the product value as cost in 1 yr.

Review after 2 months of usage. No negative comments at all. Top class AC. Got the same model for 7k lesser than showroom price. If kept on even 28 room remains cool. Installation was superb. Fully satisfied. Ideal for small room.

Good product

I purchased this product with a 1-year extended warranty and recently raised a complaint regarding water leakage from the indoor unit. However, I was informed that free service is being denied despite the extended warranty coverage.I am disappointed with this response, as I did not expect such service from a reputed brand like Blue Star.
