Fit good.. easy installation..

It took a while to get the original clasp out using tweezers, but once that was done the new one slid right in. No need for glue to hold it in place. The hooks on the catch were surprisingly sturdy compared the the ones that came on my bin, despite looking like they're the same brand from the little lightning bolt window design on the side of the clasps (see photo; I broke the hooks off the original clasp while removing it). For just a few dollars, this made my bins work better than when I got them! Thank you.

Stopped working after about 3 days. I ordered the OEM version directly from the manufacturer and it's working fine weeks later.

Finally able to close the lid after many years

My trash can matched pic of one of trash can lids in reviews but the latch I received was much smaller than the original and would not work.

Easy to find onAmazon and this awesome product is exactly what I needed to fix the broken lid of my old Brabantia trashcan , less than 48 hours after it broke!
