My son is going to college and is using this book in class. I save a lot of money renting out college book with amazon

It is a really good book. I need it for a class it is full of great examples and the diagrams are helpful. I had some book I have had to have for a class and I really hated them but this one is one of the best. easy to read and the chapters are not too long.

Accurate and informative. Progression chapter after chapter complimented Professor teaching style.

Great guide for those that are just getting into restaurant management. After reading this book, you should feel very competent in the art of front-of-the-house service and etiquette.

This has great fundamentals for service the only down side is the price. Buying it through Amazon.com was a good way to go.

How can I take a book seriously when the author can't use the words 'insure' and 'ensure' properly? I usually keep my textbooks for reference; this is not one of them.
