Johnson's Vet Fly Strike Protector for Small Animals, 150 ml

Having had a bunny that succumbed to fly strike a long time ago I vowed never to let it happen again. It takes no time for it to happen, the bunny / guinea pig can be fine one minute and not the next. This spray prevents rather than treats the situation. Its a good routine to check your animals' bottom areas daily to check for "dirtiness" and to keep then clean. The spray is harmless to the animal and has a pleasant scent. 5* all round!

this is a must for me ware i live their are alot of flys and nothing more dangerous than fly strike it creeps up suddenly i have had the unfortunates to have a bunny whom had it luckily with emergency care he was fine but ever since the 10 years ago i have always used this its brilliant especially in the summer its routine for me i use this both on the rabbits and in their cage once a week i do this when i clean them out i spray the cage the i spray the rabbits this fly strike is also good for keeping mites away i haven't had to use any spot on i definitely recommend and i use it on all my rabbits and have done for years they haven't had any symptoms of fly strike since im very happy it also lasts me about 3 months with 4 rabbits using once or twice aweek if i feel i need to giving 2 sprays on each bunny and 3-4 in the cages.

works well. cleared off any mites we had with ease. tolerable smell as well. i’d still usevet grade fly strike on your pets body but this is perfect to spray around the hutch. runs out very fast though so i’d recommend buying a few at a time to reduce miles

I always use this spray on my bunnies, but when this item turned up half of the bottle had leaked out !! ..... but I had to use it as I was out and couldn't chance waiting in this weather with the flies.

I'm not sure this does what Rear Guard does, as well as Rear Guard does it.Easy to apply and good value for money but it just smells like mosquito repellent. I'm much more worried about fly strike, so it has me a bit nervous with this stuff on the rabbits.Keeping a close eye for now.

Having lost a little rabbit recently to fly strike I would thoroughly recomment usingthis product to all owners. For those who don't know, fly strike is horrendous,something from a horror film and can occur at almost any time and very quickly.Do all you can to protect your pets, use this product.
