Great for dissolving to make tea
These taste quite strong ( doesn't bother me) but put 2 in 8 oz hot water and add a lemon slice worked great on my sore throat or stomach upsetChildren might like this tea option as well

Great crystallized ginger
I’ve been buying Ginger People crystallized ginger for many years from a local health food store but it was mostly out of stock. So glad to see it on Amazon. I ordered some for my daughter also as she says it helps with acid reflux. Both orders came quickly and were very fresh. Hope Amazon can keep it in stock.
