I am thrilled with this product in every way. It is well-made, lightweight but sturdy, (great for warmer weather), soft to touch for both owner and pet. The strap, although not adjustable, is the perfect length for me at 5'2", and not so wide that it bunches on the back of the neck like some others I've tried. The pouch with dog in it rests comfortably just at hip level and affords me good control should it be needed. I'm fostering a 3 1/2 lb pregnant chihuahua who I put in it right away and within minutes she fell asleep, so I guess she likes it too. I love the zippered pocket-great for keys, phone, treats, cigarettes, etc.; and the security strap is a nice bonus (had to watch the on-line video to see how it works-was looking on inside of strap for a place to attach it). And, in addition, it's perfectly priced so that one could afford to buy several !

I have a 5 lb. 12 year old baby Boo who needs a lot of holding and carrying and in cold weather just to stay warm. She's such a blessing. I have used a scarf I knotted all these years. It's not very comfortable, but it got the job done. Last year I bought a sling from Amazon. It said it would fit her, but was enormous in every way and got returned. This Prime Day I bought two slings from different vendors on lightening deals. The other is quite unpleasant and is going back, but this one, oh how I (and Boo) LOVE this one! I got the black option and the fabric is DREAMY soft and I expect her fur to brush off easily. There are darts that make it very roomy for her to be in any position she wants, but in no way too large. There is also an ample place for my phone and driver's license that securely zips closed! Awesome! She's happily sleeping in the sling as I type. Don't hesitate, you will love this!UPDATE: We have had this treasure almost two years now and it has been used almost daily and often for most of the day. It is still something I thank God for. It is WONDERFUL! It launders well too and is still so soft. The only less than perfect issue is the phone pouch. I have an iPhone6 and though it fits in great, but the zipper made it a bit difficult to remove. About half a year ago the zipper tore out. It was nice to be able to zip it closed for rain and just to be sure it didn't fall out when bending over, but I still use it just fine. I love this sling and so does my Baby Boo! I'm so very grateful for it. I would recommend EVERYONE with a little fur baby to buy one. Thank you so much for this product!!!!

Just adopted a 13lb, deaf and blind sr dog. She has a lot of health issues and we will be going to the vet a lot. I’m from NYC/NJ and I was a little afraid this wouldn’t count as a carrier but I am let onto the busses no problem. I like the idea of her being close to me and having my scent close by on long trips as opposed to having her in a carrier and confused.The material is thick and beautiful. I am not afraid of tears or even wear. Very good quality.My ONLY complaint is that the strap is too long and my old pup was bouncing around on my thighs as I walked. I tried putting her at my hip but that was so awkward with the curvature of her back. She even tried to stand up in the carrier because that was too uncomfortable. A good place for her to rest on my body as I walk would be at the torso.I will have to figure out how to shorten the strap as I really like the bag and don’t find it worthwhile to get another just for the strap.

just returned from our walk. first impression is this is a well made, comfortable for my dog, Pixie, and nice to carry. Pixie totally relaxed into it within a minute or two. I am happy it is made in the USA> it was a prime motivation in my purchase. The fabric is a nice silky polyester. the phone pocket is ample enough to hold my iphone with an otter box case and button on the back. i will update this as needed but first impressions are often the best ones. i love it and most importantly, so does pixie who will ride in it daily now that her heart problems limit her ability to walk for a long time. she laid on it when we got home and wanted to go again!!.this may be helpful for fit: i am 5'8", weigh 160 and foung it to fall right at my hip when carried crossbody.

It was very well made. Good quality but was much larger than I had expected and to big for me to use.

Puppy loves being in this sling next to me. It is very comfortable to wear. I'm guessing it is comfortable for pup because the minute I place it on my lap he runs up to me and wiggles showing excitement to go into sling. I chose this sling because of the soft material and wanted to form a bond with my pomeranian. The only down side is all the attention because of his cuteness. I'm not one for attention but the minute anyone sees my pup in the sling and see how adorable he is kicking back casually in his sling well, it's bound to happen. The dog owners ask me where I purchased it from.By the way I did look at the one the pet supply store had and I am really glad I ordered this one as it has the nice soft material, large enough to fit in a small flat pillow, it has the zippered pocket and safety latches.Best item I've ever purchased online.The one thing I might have to do is reinforce the stitching as time goes by as I heard a few stitches pull a few times. It could have been I tugged it too tight. No problem, I can sew.5 Star Product!

I'm a career dog walker. This is one of my favorite work related purchases so far.One of my Monday through Friday day care dog walks owner has been working from home due to the COVID pandemic. When she's at home her dog refuses to walk on his leash. When we start out on our journey, the breaks come on before we even leave the yard! The only way for him to get the exercise he needs, I'm forced to carry him to the mid way point of the walk, then set him down to walk back home 😆He's only 20lbs, but he does start to wear on my old achy shoulders!This pouch is the cutest thing and so much softer than I expected!! The only thing that would make it better, would be a a special pocket for a soft ice pack. I put one in a zip bag to keep me and the pooches cool on hot summer days!

I would have given 5 stars but the first thing I noticed when I opened the package was an unfortunate hole in the fabric of the pocket (as seen in first two photos) So basically with some time and use, this hole will become larger and I won’t be able to use the pocket feature- which I need to safely store my wallet and cell phone. I’m hoping the seller works with me to resolve this issue!Other than that, my Chihuahua Eva and I love it. The fabric is very soft and cozy, she is extremely content in this bag (I put her in for us to try out and do photos, here it is an hour later and she’s still inside with no plans to get out lol) So it’s pretty much perfect for both of us, I find it more comfortable to wear than others I’ve tried and I also love that it’s reversible so there’s two fashion options. So overall it’s a beautiful bag and very comfortable for both of us- we love it! I’m just really disappointed about the hole situation as I spent $33 total and we both really need this bag to use right away so unsure on what to do.Anyway, if anyone is unsure if your puppy will fit into it- as you can see in my photos, Eva fits perfectly in the bag (she likes having her paws out like this anyway lol) but she is a 7lb Chihuahua and her back length is 11 inches. If your little one is bigger or longer than she is, they may not fit comfortably or safely. Now the fabric seems like it could stretch a bit with use to accommodate a dog slightly bigger than Eva. So I hope that helps:)
