Easy, tasty, beneficial
I hate drinking protein shakes and use this as an alternative. It mixes better and tastes good. I used to mix with water but started mixing with milk.

I like it. I drink it at work after in the afternoon for a little energy. 2 scoops and like 25oz of water and Im good to go. The taste of strawberry pineapple is pretty good.
