Nutrafin Aquaplus 250ml

I use this every time I do a water change as it removes the chlorine from tap water along with other chemicals. The measuring cup is very useful because it goes up in increments of 5 and tells you how much to use on the bottle. This is a nice little product that is reasonably priced, and does everything that's needed to make tap water safe. I trust the Nutrafin brand so will continue to buy and use it.

At first I was astonished by the price of the Aquaplus, I had been buying 100ml bottles for around £5 every few months. Getting 250 milliliters for just £7 means its not such a chore buying water conditioner regularly. I use it every time I change the water in my fish tank, buying in bulk is proven to be worth it in this case. It has lasted me nearly a year and its no where near being empty.

Although it made the aquarium water cloudy, after 24hrs this went. It serves its purpose, which is to remove chlorine and chloramine, making tap water safe. in terms of value for money, its fantastic, considering it treats up to 2000L. Comes with a nifty cap, to measure from 5ml to 25ml. I'd say it's equivalent to Prime, but is much better than API Stress Coat.

I was disappointed to discover that the product will be out of date in October 2013, & as I only use a small amount for my Nano Tank I will still have some left once it has expired...

I have used this product before, but it is not my usual go to dechlorinator. It did the job but you have to use slightly more of it then others on the market meaning it runs out slightly quicker. However, it was a very good price so this didn't really impact on costs etc.Good delivery time.

We have always used this de chlorinator for our aquarium and have never had any issues, the fish we have are 3 years old and the aquarium water is always clear and fresh smelling I would not use a different brand of de-chlorinator 5*

I have just set up my new Fluval Spec 19l and so have used Aqua+ to dechlorinate the water. The instructions a very clear and the measuring cap is handy. As i only need approx 5ml per water change (10ml per 40l) it should last me around a year! Well worth the money.

Almost unbelievable as to what a huge saving this is compared to buying from my local aquatics centre. As a product, it is worth buying as less is used for each water change, so the bottle lasts a very long time!
