Quality is good. It is smaller than the dimensions specified. Don't know if it will be water resistant as it is cloth material with a starchy effect.

The quality of this tablecloth is fantastic and it is a good weight and stays in place. We used it for staging a table for realtor photos and it has a great look. The fabric seems like it will wipe decently, with it being a fabric style. It is a big pricier, and while I feel like it is a bit more money than it should be, it is a quality tablecloth that does have value.

I bought this tablecloth to cover. I’m not so pretty kitchen table because we were having guests join us for dinner. That was three months ago. We haven’t taken the tablecloth off except to shake off the crumbs and to wash it a few times. That’s how much we like it. It has dressed up an ordinary, round, scuffed up oak table into a pretty place to sit, enjoy a leisurely dinner, and relax with friends and family!

This table cloth is excellent in beauty, fit and quality! The soft green leaf pattern is offset by a light brown accent. It is not a stamped on print, but a lovely embroidered pattern which is rare on today's table cloth! It rivals an elegant, expensive European cloth in quality and beauty! It is square, however still fit my oval Table! I highly recommend this product. HR

I got this for thanksgiving but wanted something neutral that I could style differently through the year. Love the fabric, not stiff or plastic feeling, very nice cotton/linen feel! Edge details make it look more expensive. I also liked that it came out of the dryer wrinkle free.
