Flavour
Not what I thought flavour wise. Not much taste so I added some mild chilli seasoning to it and it worked well.

JOLLY CHEF Air Fried Chicken Coating
This seasoning has a nice taste, but if you are expecting a KFC flavour then I would suggest you look elsewhere. I have tried several southern fried chicken seasonings, but have yet to find the Holy Grail. I am still looking.

Rubbish
Sorry Guys bought this on another site and it's pretty crap. Sure there is much much better out there. Bought the smallest pack. Still have half left . Time to bin it.If you thinking KFC forget it.I am searching elsewhereGonna check Tik Tok then come back here to try a different one. Sadly this is a 1/10

If you like salty you will be fine.
Finally got around to trying this last night, I hold my hands up and profess to not be a good cook in any way shape or form. However, even these instructions were easy enough for me to follow. I cut the chicken breast into strips, tossed them in the powder, dipped in the egg/oil mix and then back into the powder to give a good coating. All well so far.New to the air fryer too so left a little longer than recommended as colour wise they were rather pale so didn't take a chance with it being chicken.Taste test, well erm, if you like salty then these are right up your street, OH despite liking salt is diabetic so can't have too much so couldn't eat them. I don't like salt at all, it wasn't beyond salty but I would have needed to cover them in some kind of mayonnaise or sauce, unfortunately I don't like either so that was a none starter and daughter who is beginning to try new things (thanks autism) really couldn't stomach them. Unfortunately there was no saving them at all so the entire plateful went into the bin. The jar of powder will be joining them too as no point in keeping it as wont get used again.Shame as I had high hopes of SFC without the KFC price tag done healthy at home. Won't give up trying though, just with a different recipe

This isn't KFC
Obviously the Colonels secret ingredients are still safe as they have not been reproduced in this product.. The coating tastes OK and I will finish the packet even though applying the coating as per instructions became very messy . I cooked the chicken in an air fryer and coating never fully browned , despite adding more time to the cutting process .
