Easy to put together, put both together in 1 evening. Very good quality.

Difficult for one person to assemble. had to call a second person to help

If ur young without arthritis it may have been easier. Took 2 able bodied adults 3 1/2 hours to put is together. If it hadn't been for our friends I would have sent it back.

The chair is wonderful BUT it took 4 hours to assemble, totally frustrating, bolts had to be screwed in with no room to work. After getting the chair together I wanted to throw the footstool in the garbage but I did tackle it the next day. Another totally frustrating task as the holes for the footstool glides were drilled in an incorrect position making it impossible to put on. I had to glue them on instead to finish the stool. I love the chair but I would have never purchased it had I known what frustration I was in for. I purchased 3 other chairs from Amazon that took 5 minutes to assemble and they were recliners. This chair had to be assembled like it would be done in a factory, except ALL the work was on the buyer to complete.

I love how the chair ends up, but it took forever and the instructions were kinda vague. Glad it's together, never again.

Great customer service.I received my chair started to take pieces out of box. The backrest piece was broken, I contacted seller sent them pictures of the damage, they were really helpful and nice they sent me a new backrest. Now I’m enjoying my new rocker/glider. Love this chair. One down side for me is the bottom cushion could be alittle thicker.

This chair was incredibly hard to assemble by yourself and none of the parts were labeled (minus the screws and bolts), so I had started putting the ottoman together with pieces of the rocker since they weren’t labeled. Also, a day after having the chair assembled, a button popped off of the cushion and the ottoman catches on itself since the pieces were measured incorrectly for assembly. Also, on the ottoman, I was unable to screw in the anti-pinch pieces because the screw holes were in the wrong spot. Along with that, the chair was missing holes for the front wooden piece to attach. Thankfully, my father was able to drill into the wood to attach the piece. Overall, the chair looks nice but I would not recommend it to anyone who is trying to assemble it by themselves.
