Not much to say - does what is says on the tin.Only thing is you need a sturdy doorframe to place this and fit it well.

I rent a modern flat. The doorframe had been properly painted, however, after less than a week of use, so decided to take down the pull-up bar (due to no longer needing it), and, as I gently did this, it tore off huge chunks of paint which had stuck to the black pads,I will now have to repair this myself.This is exactly what the product’s marketing claims it will avoid.

I've moved this thing multiple times for different workouts and not once has it even scratched the paint, which is water based gloss and only a few months new.Those reviews showing damaged walls and paint is definitely from soft plaster and over tightening far too much.
