I needed a new summer hiking/fishing/camping shirt, so tried this one out and I'm really impressed. The fit is as advertised, the cut is spot on - not restricting at all without being baggy, and the material is great - it's soft to the skin and cooling yet technical (UV protection and ultra fast wicking and drying). The pockets are generous and the loop holders will be useful and the glasses cleaner on the foot of the placket is a nice extra. Came very well packaged, but in an old fashioned way - I'm not sure the cardboard backing and plastic clips are really necessary - nice if you were giving as a gift I suppose. I can see me using this for travel - it's quite smart/presentable.I immediately ordered second colour.Who doesn't love a roll-up tab sleeve?

Great shirt has all the essential things you need but found it quite clammy and not too comfertable in hot tempratures

Firstly I'm 5'11" 19st 52 chest ... So I bought both a 3XL and a 4XL to see how they were... The 3x looks best for casual wear going out... The 4x has more room feels better for outdoor activities.. I like the lightweight material.. looks like it will wick and dry quickly. Stylish simple design.. nice length not too long even in 4x ... As some shirts like that end up down too low. I've only just bought them so can't attest to their durability... But I will buy more.

I spent a moth in Oz with 3 off these shirts. They were just great. Comfortable, practical and light.Wash them and they were dry in 20 minutes.Decent quality. The loops to hang glasses on are great.Only downside was missies could bite through them but spraying the. With a repellant worked a treat.Highly recommend them at £20 cheaper than Craghoppers equivalent.

Excellent item worn in jungle environment, lightweight, cool, comfortable to wear, liked option to roll up sleeves, useful pockets and sunglass holder

Wore this shirt almost daily whilst backpacking through Central America. Has tiny holes which I'm not sure do anything for cooling but it does dry very quickly. Just washed whilst showing and remained looking very smart for a usually scruffy backpacker. Just deducted 1 star as it has pointless pen holders but that's personal preference I guess.

The shirt is well made and looks good on me..but, here's the negative.. the materiel is very thin and has thousands of minute pin holes in the material. The shirt would be fine in a very hot country but not the UK, its freezing here most of the time. Yes can recommend if you get hot while walking, the shirt will help to cool you down.
