Love it!
Very easy to assemble, less than 5 mins. Very, very comfortable, great cushion, upholstery… overall great quality. Very happy with my purchase!

Nice chair
Put it together as it shows. Arms were a little tricky. Chair is comfortable.

Attractive chair
This is a good-looking chair. The instructions for assemble were easy to follow. I did have to purchase a lumbar cushion for more back support. I do wish there had been an adjustment for the angle of the back.

Bad Gas Cylinder
I love the chair, except that it was delivered with a bad gas lift cylinder. This results in my chair losing height randomly. Sometimes all at once, sometimes in little jerking motions and sometimes very very slowly over an hour. I can not make it through a single work meeting without having to randomly wrestle my chair on camera. The end result, either way, is me having to readjust my height every hour at least within the first month.I reached out for support and was told to contact some other offshoot of Serta support which so far has still not gotten back to me a month later. Very disappointed to spend this much on a chair and now be so at the end of my rope I'm going to go buy a pipe wrench and a new cylinder, an additional $50 to have a chair that works as advertised.Edit: After several months of use I've noticed the base of the chair was drilled off center (can be seen in the picture) and leans slightly to one side. Sitting slightly off for so long has caused me other problems and I doubt I'll be buying from Serta again.

Very comfortable chair for a home office
The set up of the chair was very easy and the tool was provided. The quality of the materials is very good for this price, which makes the purchase a very good deal. Many executive chairs are just too big for our home office, but this chair is adequately sized and provides good comfort that can be adjusted three ways. The gray fabric material is modern and looks elegant in our home office.

Nice chair, but quality could improve.....
I just received this chair today. I think it is a great value for the money, and the size and shape are perfect. Being a short male, I like the seat cushion depth and tapered seat back. However, the quality could be better. Two items of concern: the arm sides are spray painted silver plastic, and mine have numerous small scratches in the paint. Secondly, when bolting the right side arm rest to the seat cushion, the side arm had a defective bolt hole (with excessive molded plastic in the bolt hole), that required that I drill out the excessive plastic to create a clear path for the attachment screw. This indicated poor quality control at the generic Chinese chair factory.....This is not what I expect from a Serta brand product....Not a problem for me, but for the average Mom or student assembling this chair, it would be a major impediment.....

Basic with design flaws
Well, it looks nice and its fairly easy to put together but its got some flaws that are just non-starters for me.#1 Its a really light tan. I'd go so far as to say its closer to off-white/cream. Its so light that I imagine it will be hard to keep looking clean. The armrests especially because of body oils especially.#2 the supports for the armrests are so far forward that I find it hard to open my legs. No "manspreading" possible.#3 the "tilt control" is really just a "tilt lock"--it doesn't allow you to lock it a set angle. If you lock it in you're set at the default flat tilt; if you unlock you're just rocking back and forth.#4 it has some stability issues. It doesnt take much lean back or to the side before 1-2 wheels lift off the ground.#5 not sure what the pillow-looking thing is at the top, but its way too low to serve as a headrest--unless you're child-sized or you slouch a lot.#6 minor setup issue: the thread-lock compound they put on the screws was so thick that it made it hard to screw them in--seemed like it was mis-threaded until you got 75% of the way in, then it was excessively loose. There are a couple pros:#1 the armrests seem really sturdy.#2 the fabric is really comfortable--soft without being slick like microfiberUpdate October 10, 2019:Its getting pretty close to dropping down to 1 star. After daily use for 1 month the previously identified problems have not improved and new problems have arisen.Chair is pretty unstable in common situations. Its tipped on me 3 times now just leaning to the side to pick up a fallen object. And by "tipped" I mean dumped me to the floor.I thought there was at least two tilt angles you could lock it into, but there's really only "straight flat" or "rocks back and forth". The chair is not designed to lock the angle to anything but parallel to the floor. The control to raise the seat is entirely too far back and down. In order to raise the seat you have to lift yourself off the seat. That makes the handle too far away to grab without leaning back (or sideways) precariously.

Super comfortable, sturdy, well made.
Used on my office, excellent comfort and stability, easy to assemble. Only concern is: material looks likely to fray and look worn relatively soon, on arms. But I'd still order it again, many times over.

Basically garbage
I recieved one without any screws, and the height adjustment did not work, and it just doesn't look good in person. I recommend looking elsewhere for your chair.
