Well, this product surprised me, turned out to be a great kick start into ketosis. Taste takes a while to get used to, but works well. Worth the purchase.

I bought Snake Water after my positive experience with KE4, another Ketoneaid product. I've tried products that include nootropics from other brands that are designed as pre- or intra-workout supplements, and some of them have worked, but Snake Water works better for me. It's easy to consume: Sometimes I drink a serving size (about a quarter bottle) undiluted if I'm in the middle of multiple hours of jiu jitsu, or if I'm doing sprints, and sometimes I'll dilute that serving into a bigger bottle of water with some electrolytes if I'm going to spend a long time on the stationary bike. I hate carrying around a bottle of pills, especially if I need to find water to drink them. I can just take a swig of Snake Water.I also feel more confident in keeping to a ketogenic diet using Snake Water as a pre- or intra-workout supplement and maintaining high performance. I don't have to worry about sugar or other stimulants that go into mainstream supplements, and I haven't had any problem maintaining high output during long bouts of intense exercise, like some of my teammates who are low carb and tend to crash have had.I've also heard that Tim Ferris uses Snake Water before his podcasts, which is a pretty good endorsement! I only have a couple Amazon reviews, and most of them are for Ketoneaid products because I *really* believe in them, and it's why I buy Snake Water and KE4 in bulk.

The full ingredients are difficult to find for this product, and are written nowhere on the bottles, or the box it comes in.Regardless, the proported nootropics in this don’t do anything to enhance the ketones. There was little or no thought put into maximizing an entourage effect- just a small smattering of buzzword nootropics with no real reason to be there. None of them enhance workout energy burn, or recovery. Not more than caffeine alone would do. There are good nootropics to stack with Ketones- this idea is a good one. But this product needs to be completely reformulated by someone who is more adept at physical medicine and the entourage effect for performance.I’ve tried many different ketone companies, and this one is generally subpar across the board. I Does it work? Yeah. Would it be cheaper and clearer to just take nootropics with a higher quality BHB ketone diol? Also yes.I’m giving two stars because the branding is on point, it’s ironic, iconic, and also tells you directly- you’re buying snake oil. I appreciate the honesty, have two stars. Cheers

As I learned more and more about dietary hacks, I found the benefits of fasting, ketogenic diets, and ... exogenous ketones! I've tried many over the years and was super excited when KetonAide first came out with a Ketone ester product. As a company, they always seem to be on the cutting edge of development.Snake Water is a really cool combination of their great ketone product with an ideal group of added ingredients that boost up the energy feelings.For me, I like to take about 1/4-1/2 of the bottle as a serving. I feel a burst of energy from it, but it's not a jittery energy. It's smooth and focused. If you've ever been in ketosis and you hit that point where you feel energized and clear headed... it's like that, but with a slight caffeine-like boost added.I Highly recommend this product.

I use half a bottle about 15 minutes before my 2 hour max run efforts, and then another half during the run. Noticeable difference in both my run times, level of perceived fatigue, and recovery after. Highly recommend.

I have used Ke4 from Ketonaide and ketone esters are the real deal when used correctly...seems that can vary some from person to person and for what purpose they are used.SnakeWater is a convenient way to get Ketone Esters along with some typically used supplements all in one ready to go package.

Is it a sports drink? Sure I suppose. Is it divine nectar from some kind deity sent to help you break down whatever personal energy barriers are in your way? Most definitely. Love the clean potent boost this provides and love how it doesn't give the jittery nonsense that come with so many other 'energy drinks'. Just look at the ingredient list. So much greatness. It's kind of unbelievable and it'll definitely make you feel unstoppable.
