this is a very good "tonic" to provide support to lung health and "house clean". I use it along with CLEAR LUNG and Biotics Research PNEUMA-ZYME .WOW,! a great combo through out the day or rotate appropriately as need indicates. Not always take all t 3 daily. Even my chiropractor in testing out lungs, said "What ever you are doing, keep it up, it is working for you" ( I got the Pneuma Zyme , from pure formulas.com). I think you have to be faithful in taking this but I've been on it probably at least 2 months and it has really helped me. A heart medication I took for 2 years damaged my lungs then a blood thinner further damaged them. I do not want to take steroids so am using supplements. I've had pretty good luck with the coughing up phlegm by taking either Natural Factors Lung, Bronchial & Sinus Health or Clear Lungs but neither really did much for the shortness of breath and I was getting worse every day. When I saw that this contained the Osha Root which is known to help shortness of breath and it good good reviews on Amazon, I decided to try it. I'll never be without it again if I can help it. Another very good supplement I found when searching Amazon is Ancestral Supplements which is Grass Fed Beef Organs, freeze dried and put in capsules. I started taking the Lung. The combination of all these products has really helped me. I can't recomment the Lung Tonic enough. I'm grateful for it.
