Bit sceptical that these would be any different from a standard multi vitamin but after taking for a month I do actually think I have felt a difference, less fatigue and generally a bit more energetic. I take it in the evening after dinner and I think that works better for me. I will continue buying these.

These are not the cheapest supplements by far but I consider them the best. All the standard vitamins and minerals are present plus trace elements. Extra ingredients are included for the specific requirements of 50 plus men. Premium ingredients are used often missed out from cheaper multi vitamin supplements.
