The watch is amazing. The setup is easy and not much of a hassle. The GPS works accurately. The color is cute and daughter liked it. Connectivity is good as long as you use the correct sim. Video calls and audio messages clarity is good. Only con is that the pedometer is way off but didn’t matter as that wasn’t the purpose of buying this watch. The product is worth it’s money. The charger is a different so have to be a bit mindful of that.

Not working

I recently purchased the WEARFIT Next-Gen Champ 4G Kids Smartwatch for my child and I have been thoroughly impressed with its features and functionality. Product is very good, GPS, call quality is very good. it has many added features like instant image, video calling with kid. I can navigate the location through map. I found my kid twice by just navigation and without calling . now I feel relaxed that my kid is safe . And they have very good customer service also, I lost the charger within fifteen days of purchase and they provided me the charger and couriered me very quickly.Good product ! good customer service! highly recommended !

My kid has been using this device for >3 months. Good device to keep in touch with your kids by calling. The range is good and I have almost never faced any connectivity issues while calling.Good feature is you can block calls from users not in the address book and also specify the times when to accept calls (like avoiding school times)NegativesVery bad software .. No OTA updates, Time displays only have 24 hr format and no 12 hr format (difficult for smaller kids to understand), For most changes like adding a new name, setting alarm etc everything needs to be done only in the mobile app and there are delays sometimes for that to get registered in the watchAlso, location/gps updates are not accurate and has lot of lagsVideo quality is too bad for any video calls (only can be done from the mobile app)OverallOnly a good device for calling your kids !!!

Superb video and voice call function... Live Location sharing is not accurate and having deviation range is of +/- 300 to 500 meters approximately.Battery capacity is sufficient for a day.
