Q: Does this clean up with water?

Yes, it cleans quite nicely with water. I tend to apply with a cheaper brush because when brushing over terrain small ballast can do terrible damage to your sables.

Q: May i know this item is varnish spray or warpaints? as i saw the item model number is wp1103 which is the item of warpaints (18ml).

This is a finishing coat. Many hobby paints leave a glossy finish that looks unnatural. Two quick coats remove the shine without dulling the color.

Q: Is this true matte/flat finish or is it another satin finish pretending to be matte?

It goes on like water and it’s a true matte.

Q: how matt is this compared to vallejo matt varnish? I am really not happy with the vallejo.My minis still have some sheen and I really want them to go.

I've been very happy with the results. This brushes on absolutely clear like water. Two to three quick coats and the mini is matte.
