The skin coloured heel cups are 5 star, very soft and comfortable and one can wear even with chappals. It's a little delicate so one has to be careful not to tear it. The second product (transparent heel pads blue in the centre) are not that soft but they are comfortable. However, they raise the foot, and thus the foot can slip out of the walking shoes I wear. It cannot be worn with chappals but needs closed shoes. Maybe it will fit better in another pair of shoes that I buy. Not sure.

silicon heel cups are good but the pads has torn in just 5 days....silicon pad are hard but performing their job very well
