Had blood work done and was low on vitamin d. This supplement has done the trick. We need vitamin D! Stay healthy.

Took for the first time last night and helped me sleep through the morning without interrupted sleep as I usually wake up a few times throughout the night.

I have been taking these for several months, I like that they come in a glass bottle, they dont have a weird taste or smell, they are small and easy to swallow. They seem to be a good quality product. My vitamin D levels were essentially nonexistent, but after taking these consistently, my levels are back up where they should be...I also have been getting sick a lot less which I contribute to taking these as well.
