Works very well on radiotherapy burns
I like that it goes on smoothly without pulling my burned skin, and seems to make it feel better afterwards.

Must have for breast radiation!!!
Miaderm saved me during breast radiation therapy. I started using it one week prior to treatment, then three times daily during treatment. Once three hours prior to treatment, immediately after, and again before bed. I was comfortable throughout treatment!!! Keep it refrigerated and it goes on cool. It’s water-based and spreads easy like a whip when cold. My radiation oncologist said she had heard of this product but gave me some other products to try including Remedy and another product with Lidocaine to numb the burn. Both were oil-based and very greasy. If refrigerated, they wouldn’t spread easily over irritated skin. This product is far superior and worth the price and I highly recommend to anyone getting ready to undergo radiation therapy. It totally takes the stress out of radiation treatment knowing that there’s a skin care product like Miaderm that can keep you comfortable.

My Doctor Is Impressed With How Well My Skin is Doing
I am on radiation treatment 25 out of 30 for Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the tongue. The treatment covers my whole neck, tongue and lower jaw. Based on some of the other reviews, I started using this over my whole neck and lower jaw a couple of times a day right with the first treatment before anything started happening. After the first week, I upped the use to 3-4 times/day as directed even though I wasn't showing skin issues. I meet with my Doctor weekly after my treatment and today (treatment 25) he was impressed at how well my skin is doing at this phase. He said that usually people are experiencing peeling and sores, but I'm only showing signs of redness on my neck and lower jaw. Because of the radiation, my beard has stopped growing so I only need minimal shaving which helps reduce skin irritation and might also be contributing to the good outcome. I am having a lot of other side effects, so it is nice to at least not have to worry about skin issues. So far, I'm still on the first tube. I'll probably have to continue using this for a couple of weeks after treatment stops because the doctor said the side effects continue to develop even after treatment stops. I might have to break into the second tube by then, but maybe I can donate the third one to another patient when I'm finished.

True relief for radiation therapy burning
This product was recommended by our radiation therapy team. The ointment is expensive, but well worth it to minimize or prevent the sunburn effects of the therapy.

This brand came highly recommended from the staff at the hospital
I purchased this for my friend who was under going radiation treatment for breast cancer. This brand came highly recommended from the staff at the hospital. She had treatment for 1 month and used it everyday throughout the treatment. Her skin never really cracked or peeled to badly thanks to this cream. It was not greasy nor did it leave a sticky residue which she liked. She only went through two tubes throughout the 1 month treatment. You may not need three tubes if your treatment is not too long.

Worth the cost!
Just finished 5 weeks of radiation for breast cancer. Used this cream religiously several times a day and it really worked. I got no more reaction than change of skin color, no blistering or other uncomfortable reactions.

Recommend
I started using Miaderm one week into my six and half weeks of Radiation. This kept my skin soft and I feel reduced the "sunburnt effect". I continued to use it for three weeks after radiation ended. I only needed one tube and have recommended it to other patients.
