This product is nowhere close to true to size. Ordered 2 sizes larger than normal, on the basis of other buyers reviews, still nowhere close - you need to order 4 sizes larger to have any chance of the garment fitting. Coupled with that is the very poor quality. One pocket was completely un-stitched and the heating wires of the garment were exposed. Appreciate the item is low price, but you should still expect merchantable quality - this garment is not fit to wear. Seller only offered 50% refund and that we could keep the coat - definitely not since it does not fit - so no use! They would only offer 100% refund after receiving the returned item, which they advised not to do since it takes so long and the cost is too high. So they want to sell you something you can't use, persuade you not to send it back so they don't have to refund you the full value, or give you 50% value back. Not even offered a replacement though this has been requested but in a larger size again - making it four times the size we would normally buy! Avoid buying from this seller - it's not worth the hassle.

Son works outside thinks this is the best jacket ever.

Very disappointedIn this product as there are no instructions on how to use jacket the USB lead is too short and there is no extension lead with it would not recommend this to anybody as all of the instructions or what the jacket is about is in Chinese no English version

The sizing is so very different ordered XL to be on the safe side for a normal UK large but comes up more like a mens UK small. Ordered 2 still waiting upon 1 but will return both. Would advise postage is very high too

Bought a cheaper vest heated jacket for 16 and it warms the back/stomach etc but this jacket only has a small strip on the neck and the pockets get warm, I'm sure the pictures suggested it had more areas of heat
