It works!
I took a blood test and they showed me I needed some more vitamin B12 in my system. I did take a mixture of the Now oral vitamin B12 which has a mixture of cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin. These two products combined brought my B12 back up to normal with 2 months. I'm very thankful I use them and if I ever have an issue I will definitely go right back to them.

So far so good. I may have bought a higher dosage than necessary. I will order 1000 instead of 2000 according to research. I was low so it is ok for me this first time.
