Q: what is the citric acid derived from? why is it in the product at all?

The citric acid is produced by a fermentation process using glucose syrup derived from corn, sugar beets, or molasses, and aspergillus niger. The citric acid helps with the powder flow.

Q: Is this product still manufactured in the US?

Yes! Thorne Research manufactures their products in their new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in South Carolina, USA.

Q: do you sell the same product without the sweeteners?

Why is the new container so much smaller and can't be filled with 6.5 oz of product. Where is the rest of it. This product always had 8.4 oz containers that were twice as tall as new product and always almost full. Maybe inch from top ... 6.4 oz containers ... Half size of 8.4 oz ( fi the rational numbers if you're following ) and the 6.4 oz containers that is half the size in height of 8.4 oz is "less than,"half" filled. Sending back. No thanks Perhaps weight scales off in container filling?? Same price and maybe 2 oz on this container.
