I love the black trim on these because my table is black. They are large, sturdy, bright and just beautiful.

I love the design. It is clear and has great detail. The mats are not hot pads but do keep very warm plates from damaging my wood table. If there is a down side, I do not run the faucet over them to rinse off spilled food. They need to be wiped off with a damp cloth. If the hardboard gets soaked it might swell.

Lovely placemats, perfect with white or pale pink dinnerware.

Excellent quality

I love the pattern and the thickness of these placemats. I am a bit disappointed that they are stained at the edges after just a few weeks use. I have had pimpernel products before and have not had this happen.
