Amazing Herbs Black Seed Ground Seed, 16 Ounce

I can tell from the smell that this is black seed (these days, I always worry about if I’m getting what the package says). Very good in cooking (curry), and sometimes I add a little to my matcha in the mornings. I actually really enjoy the flavor; it’s milder than black seed oil, which is nice. The purported health benefits are an additional boon. Good product.

I did some research about this product. It helped me for what I wanted it for. I need to reorder some more. I took it each day. It took a while for me to get the results I wanted, but I am happy for what it did for me.

Absolutley flavorful and great quality, I use it in my Indian and Mediterranean dishes.

I've bn using this product 4 awhile n its really a grt item 2 hv n ur kitchen 2 add 2 ur flavoring of veggies, meats, n fish! I think I'm gettin some results frm its use. I am a person wth chronic illnesses, n its helpn n sustaining n my system n ways of energy n healing. It's kinda like using pepper n ur food, but its a step up! I wud highly recommend it, the amount 4 the monies is extraordinary..go 4 it! The way I look at it, its not another medication, n its grt 4 ur body n mind. Plzzz do ur homework on this item, it has many benefits.

Product seems to be very fresh and high quality. I can't vouch for the effectiveness yet. I'm surprised people enjoy the taste - to me it has an off-putting smell of shoe polish. Just a little bit goes a long way with the weird taste, so I won't be using it like pepper.
