Five stars isn’t nearly enough for what I rate this book.Before I even started the series I highly anticipated Ryke and Daisy’s story and I always thought they’d be my favourite couple. Oh how completely right I was! You know the quote from wuthering heights “whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same”? Well I’m almost 1000% sure that these two were written with that quote in mind.I laughed, I cried and my whole body felt crushed at moments but Ryke and Daisy’s relationship blew me away. It’s a relationship built off of friendship and love and I adored absolutely everything!Watching them overcome the obstacles in their life together and the support they both gave each other throughout everything, warmed my heart to no end!I was completely heartbroken for Daisy, hearing about her trauma and seeing it happen before our eyes was gut wrenching. She deserves the world, she deserves her freedom!I adored seeing Ryke’s relationship with his brother develop and become stronger, as well as his friendship with Connor!And then overall I just adored seeing the six of them together as a friendship group and seeing how close they’ve become! I think this is one of my favourite families of all time!

The book came in horrible condition it has a rip at the back,bent at the front and not printed properly it’s floppy and not pressed down

The story itself is great but so far all the books I’ve ordered for this series the pages have fallen out . The pages just come apart from the spine and are a struggle to put back in properly

I highly recommend reading this series together with the Addicted Series (reading order on the author's website)This series focuses more on the other two sisters: Rose and Daisy. So I didn’t think I’d feel so many emotions reading this book but as I go through the series and read every couples story I’m really getting attached to these characters. This is about Daisy and Ryke and I was super excited to get to their story and this didn’t let me down.I love how much both Daisy and Ryke grow so much as people. Their stories really are beautiful. I felt a connection with Ryke and his growth in my opinion was so nice to read about and I found myself quite emotional. I also absolutely LOVED the whole dynamic of the group. We got a lot of sweet moments of the core six and how they are becoming a family of their own.I found the whole message about fake friends and finding those people in your life that are there to stay super powerful. Lots of heartfelt moments were in this book and I definitely connected to some. Some things from both Daisy and Rykes POV will stay with me for life because they made me realize that even in my own life, it’s important to find those that will be there for you no matter what, both in friends and family. It’s not worth keeping relationships where you put in more effort or you don’t receive the love you give back. Overall I really loved this book and the impact it had on me.
