I never realised just how humid our place could be
I've been running this dehumidifier at home 24/7 for three months. We moved into a place that had been unoccupied for a few months and where the walls had been replastered. There was mould on the walls and clearly a lot of water in the brickwork.Once the ProBreeze got to work, we could see the walls drying out before our eyes. It's taken a few months to get everything dried out, and the ProBreeze keeps everything at a good stable moisture level (we live by the sea) inside. Noise levels are acceptable and the 5 litre tank means it can run for hours without emptying.Quite honestly, I a still surprised by the amount of water this thing sucks out of the air, and worry that I am just throwing the water away (not a lot of plants to feed), but happy that this machine is doing its job, perfectly.

Good device
Powerfully but it's a bit noisy and generates hot air but other than that it works really good

Efficient but noisy
Efficient product wit a big tank, but noisy. We can't sleep at night, we have to turn it off.

I thought moisture-farming was something George Lucas made up...
I thought moisture-farming was something George Lucas made up until I started using this thing. Consistently draws 10+ L of water from thin air every day (I've been emptying it twice a day). Using a separate humidity gauge, my room's humidity has dropped from 75-80% to 55% after running it continuously for 5 days. It took a few days for this drop to happen, so be patient if you're just getting started with it.I can't really gauge if the lower humidity is healthier or more comfortable, but considering the amount of water I'm throwing out, I think I'm just happier that it isn't my lungs filtering it out.The unit is loud; I don't mind the white noise but I can imagine most would find it disturbing in a quiet room. It does have a low/night-time operating mode but it's still quite loud. I wish the tank was larger as emptying it twice a day is a chore. You can attach a hose to allow it to drain continuously but I don't have a placement which would make that possible. It uses between 5-10 kWh a day, so I'm expecting a significant bump in my utilities bill.

So noisy
The device works well but the sound of compressor is extremely loud and noisy, I returned it

Note sure it will reduce the humidity
The humidity doesn't change also after using it the room becomes warmer as the machine throws out warm air. But collects 1.8ltr of water every 10-12 hrs. The humidity stays same. Probably designed in and for cold climates. Not suitable in Gulf summer for homes in the hope of reducing of heat due to humidity. It uses gas compressor probably why the water it collects is cold this device confuses me. People might be satisfied by seen the water that is collected and imagine humidity is reduced but the humidity meter on the device as well as seperate one I have show no reduction also can't feel the sweating reduce intact feels a tad bit warmer.

Just too noisy
I heard that summertime in the Middle East are really, really intense, similar to the worst winters in the UK but with heat. So after relocating to the Middle East I decided to be prepared by purchasing a dehumidifier. But I wouldn’t recommend this one for a large room. It’s very noisy, think of the noise made by an old fridge and an old fan, that’s the noise level you get from this dehumidifier. Also this model was not able to reduce the humidity in my front room by more than around a few percent and never reduced it to under 60% and it’s not even really summer here yet.On the positive the company does a pick up service as part of the refund process, so I’ll purchase the larger version and will trust it’ll be up to the job.
