Hercules DJ XPS 2.0 80 DJ Monitor Speakers (Black)

These exceeded my expectations. I've only had them a month but so far so good. The sound quality is as clear or as deep as I need for preparing my crates. Saves me so much room as oppose to setting up all of my speakers. I didn't expect this because of the price but very happy.Based off the quality of the construction I don't foresee them remaining in good shape if you're one to move them around a lot but I maintained the packaging in the event I need to travel with them (I tend to go away for work for extended periods of time and bring my stuff to pass time).

I opted for the 5-8 day free delivery. I ordered them on Tuesday night, they arrived on Friday morning.Bought them for my 2008 LG TV with RCA jacks. We moved to a new house with an open living room. The sound quality from the LG TV had changed in the new house so we needed something to boost up the sound. Now the sound quality is awesome! They didn't come with speaker covers so that's why I didn't give 5 stars.

I bought these speakers after reading the reviews for them.14 people, and 4 stars.I received them and hooked them up and they worked well right out of the box, and they look nice!The problem with the speakers is that they are just not good speakers.They are not engineered well, and they use inferior materials, and do not have enough power.They sound good for really low volume, but turn it up more than half way and you can hear that they have virtually no bass.On some songs, the bass is so prevalant in the song, that the speakers just distort the sound and it they sound horrible.After I tested them, I returned them because I did not want them.I bought some Polk Audio Hampden bluetooth computer speakers instead. I received those today, and there is no comparison.Polk Audio makes excellent products. Hercules speakers not.I would not recommend these speakers to anybody.

Not strong enough for DJ monitor speakers. Volume wattage too low and bass too weak.

Bought 10/14. Happy with purchase. 9/17 LOUD blasts of static from onboard power supply coming through speakers. No longer usable DISSAPOINTED!!

Excellent sound quality over entire spectrum of high and low. Using them on a Windows computer with Creative SoundBlaster Recon PCIe for mostly orchestra and pipe organ works. My what a difference from the inexpensive Hercules speakers they replaced. Great sound for the price.

Sound is pretty decent. I wish there was a bit more BASS. But still crisp sound and clear sound quality. Not too small, table top perfect. But not huge to where it reaches counter height.

highly recommended. Awesome bass and highs. The best for DJing. I always use them for my gigs. You should try them.
