Anker is a super familiar brand. My family has used a variety of products from Anker and we all love them. That is why we decided to give this diffuser a try, even though it is not entirely related to Anker's famous battery strength. It works well and suits our needs (for our bedroom around 200 sq ft). The lights are pretty.One star off because of the adapter plug. Anker outsourced it to a Chinese company. The product says 120v (which is odd compared to the market standard of a wide range, 100-240ml for instance). The product manuals from both the website and in the pacakage say input is a range, not just 120v. For a brand that prides itself on electricals, this is a lame mistake. I hope there won't be similar odd mistakes from Anker.*Update after one month of using: Anker Customer service has contacted me regarding my concern about the plug. I have mentioned that the diffuser has been working fine and it meets our needs so the confusing info on the plug was not a big issue. Anker also offered $15 of promotion which I happily accepted to spend on another Anker product. After all it is one of the few brands that I really truly trust. With the using experience in the past month and such great customer service from Anker, I decided to change the rating from 4 to 5 stars.PS I subsequently bought the bigger diffuser - 250ml - from Anker and am also very happy with that purchase!

Work like a champ

The build quality of this product is excellent. It comes in simple classy packaging and is easy to unbox. The overall presentation leaves you feeling like you are opening a premium product. It is made of quality plastics that feels firm, solid and substantial. The plastic cover appears as frosted glass with a ridge-less molding. The overall design is sleek and follows the modern look and detail of most Anker products. It in no way appears cheap.Beyond the aesthetics, the product works as you would expect a quality diffuser. We have had for months and have not had any issues. The mist comes out the instant you start it in steady stream of smoke.We rarely use the lighting features.The variety of colors are clear and vibrant, but it does not appear to cycle through the colors in order (ROYGBIV) or include all of them. For some reason this was slightly off-putting to me when seeing it (maybe my OCD mind was naturally expecting a smooth transition to a neighboring color instead of a unrelated position on the color wheel). However, for me the unprompted and sudden transition of lighting was somewhat startling regardless of order. This is not a feature we were interested and prefer pausing it on color anyway, which it allows you to do.

This diffuser is simply amazing. Does exactly what it says it should. Cool mist so it doesn't affect the integrity of the essential oil. Measuring device for the water is included. The light up color changing is pretty fun as well. My daughter loves watching the colors change at night. Auto-shuts off when water runs low so you can leave it on at night without worry of harming the device.Filling with water is super easy and done by removing the top and cover then filling to the "fill line".Footprint of the device is small enough (think coffee cup size) so that it doesn't take up much space at all on a desk or ledge.Power cord enters the device from underneath with plenty of space to lie flat so you can turn the device in any direction for the buttons to be on the front.About the only con I can think of is that the lights are fairly bright with no option to control the intensity. Not a deal breaker but it does light up the room fairly bright. This isn't a huge deal as you can completely turn the lights off anyway.

Nice! Impressed with the quality and design. Tired of that wax melting for fragrance, and can easily have different scents simply by dumping out the water and adding different oils! With the wax, I had to heat the tray up on the stove to melt the wax to dump it out. Kind of a fire risk if you aren't careful. This is a safe design that you can fill it, add the oil and leave the house! It automatically turns itself off. Can use no light, changing color light, and fixed single color light. Comes with a nice measuring cup so you don't put too much water in and it is easy to fill. They really thought of everything. I use cedar oil in mine. To clean it, all you do is take a single q-tip and wipe the hole in the bottom! That's it!

Overall, I like this little contraption. It's small, unobtrusive, and easy to setup and operate. I keep this on my bedside table and diffuse lavender oil to help me sleep. I like the lights, too, to read by in the dark. I like that it shuts off automatically so I don't have to worry about falling asleep and leaving it on all night long. The only real drawback for me, however, is how much oil I find I have to use to actually smell anything. It says to use only 2-3 drops, but I find I need to sprinkle a ton in there. Overall, works well, but I'm definitely going to plow through a reserve of essential oils.

So easy to use and works really well.

I will buying these for my friends for Christmas this year!!! It's an amazing product.
