John Henry's Papa Charlie's Greek Rub

This is a very versatile seasoning. It's great on meats. I really like it on baked chicken. It's also good on some vegetables, including potatoes.

Great flavor and smells super delicious. Good on chicken and pork chops. Also great addition to chilli.

Awesome on Rib-eyes. Coat the steaks with olive oil, dust them well with this stuff then let site for about 30min before grilling. Really good beef rub.

Disappointed -now too salty

Awesome greek rub, I use this on my Kabos for the med taste.

Works best on Pork IMO, was okay with other meats but pork was the best. Don't put too much, can be a little sweet.Does have a nice smell to it.
