Primal KitchenAvocado Oil Mayo, Gluten and Dairy Free, Whole30 and Paleo Approved (12 oz, 2 Jars)

I was introduced to this product by my son. He was purchasing it from Publix. It is so delicious that he got irritated with me for eating it all (not all at one time...the mayo kept shrinking in the bottle). So, I purchased 4 more bottle from Amazon and it is the same GREAT mayo that my son was bringing home from that wonderful shopping experience called Publix! I highly recommend it...if not for anything else...FOR THE TASTE. My favorite "go-to" meal is medium fried eggs (I flip them in the frying pan) on thin pieces of wheat bread (easily found in the supermarket), with my Avocado Mayo (photo above) on each slice as I make two open-faced sandwiches. On each side of the bread after applying the above Mayo on the entire slice up to and including on the edges of the bread, I put a thin slice of onion (about 1/8" U.S.), a nice slice of tomato on top of the onion and my fried egg (2, one on each round thin bread...each slice of the bread is only about 3" in diameter; I am sure you've seen it at the store). mmmmmmm...it is so YUMMY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS "AVOCADO MAYO". Of course, I know that we each have our own tasting sensations, so if I were you, trying it for the first time, heck Amazon's return policy on this product; however, I actually do not believe you will want to return it.

Does Dukes, Helmans, Blue Plate ect ect taste better...... yes of course they do, they are full of sugar and preservatives and chemicals that enhance flavor and shelf life. But really not that much better, I liked the taste of PM Mayo just fine, it's made with avocado oil which has more of a flavor profile than the typical in-store mayo which contains soybean oil. I think all the reasons that make this mayo a by far more optimal health choice mitigates any slight difference in flavor. I use it the same way I have always used mayo, in deli salads and on sandwiches and spreads. I won't be switching back to the old mayo. Now if they would just make a ketchsup!

Totally delivers on taste and quality low carb and healthy ingredients. A bit pricey for a condiment but the seller matched my local store so having it delivered was a nice convenience. Also, I have found it very hard to find a true avocado mayo without vegetable oil so the price was worth it.

Good product but shipped was only 6 months from expiration date

I'm sorry to say that I don't like the taste of this product. I've never had avocado oil before so perhaps that's what I dislike. (I love whole avocados but this flavor isn't similar.) I've tried using extra seasonings and vinegars to mask the taste but it doesn't help. My taste buds haven't adapted either. So I'm going to have to throw out the last half of the jar.I can't really describe why it taste off to me. It's not too salty or vinegary. But whatever it is I can't stand it.I'm giving up on finding mayo made with all healthy oils and making my own from now on. That way I can control the ingredients and the taste.I give the product 3 stars because the ingredients are good and it seems like perfectly good mayo - it's just my own personal taste.
