Works great and doesn’t upset my gut. I have Crohn’s and SIBO. I haven’t tried anything else because this works great. Slight flavor but not unpleasant. Mixes well

With a nutritionist’s recommendation, I ordered this as a last try. She recommended SunFiber and magnesium. Although I was taking some magnesium, I bumped it up and slowly increased Sun Fiber to half a scoop at breakfast and lunch. I take 3 forms of magnesium throughout the day. All of this combined is helping when nothing else worked for regularity. It’s much cheaper and helps me feel better. I am so glad I tried it. Before this, I was at the point of having to buy a prescription that I could not afford and had adverse affects.

This dissolves well in water but somehow I do taste a hint of something (something not too tasty). I wish they were more flavorable as I am not tempted to take this on a daily basis. I will buy some flavor packs to add to the mix. As far as what it does, it does do what it says - works well for symptoms and those who are on the Low FODMAP diet. I'm just not sure I would buy it again since it is not that enticing. Others may disagree, but for me, just 'eh.

On my second tub. This is clean and super gentle. It mixes perfectly and no taste. Recommend.
