Availability no problem with Merisant UK
I don't like tablets which for me taste different. I find the Canderel liquid sweetener so much nicer. None of the supermarkets have had it on their shelves for months, and I was glad when I found Merisant UK who's value for brand items and speed of delivery is excellent.

Exactly what I wanted
One drop is one spoon and that's all I wanted. Perfect and small to put in the bag. It doesn't have backtaste.

Just one squeeze demonstrates why this liquid sweetener is impractical
The actual Canderel sweetener taste is familiar and good. The fact that it is in liquid form is ideal for adding to hot beverages, thereby reducing the need to stir, to dissolve. This is clearly the USP. However, its presentation in flip top containers is flawed.For a start, the container in which this sweetener arrived is not nearly as handy nor as pocket size as the existing ‘tablet’ tubes. The biggest disadvantage though was measurement - one squeeze and the product surges out making any beverage far too sweet for my liking. This renders this particular method of sweetening distribution pretty pointless! Give me a teaspoon to stir in the sweetener, any day.
