Very thought-provoking
I like the idea and it definitely makes sense, especially on creating memories and experiences to be enjoyed, before it's too late. I think the book does assume you'll be or become a parent though so have to keep that in mind, if that's not your plan.

Thought Provoking Read
Saw this book on Amazon and was intrigued by the premise. But didn’t think too much about it. That said, I listened to a Steven Bartlet podcast with Codie Sanchez. She mentioned that she considers Bill Perkins to be a huge influence. So I bought the book. Read it in 3 days. OMG.This is definitely one of those books that you have to read more than once. A simple premise, but one hard to execute.Planning a life of experiences was something that I had not thought about. Making enough money to execute the plan is something I now need to think about. Having read the book, it makes sense. I now have to rethink my current thoughts and plan for a different future.

A hard read
I can see the knowledge this book is trying to impart but in doing so is quite a boring & difficult read.

Game Changer
Already on a lifestyle change at 54, and was away in Vietnam on beach when reading this book. Everybody should read it. Work out exactly what you are working for and plan when for enough is enough. Read a lot of lifestyle and motivation books but this hit so many ideas: emphasizing some and giving ideas for others. Went on to read your money or your life which is OK but not a patch on this one - about to re read as so good and motivational.

Could change your life
It's an interesting read, well written. Basically, give it away to people who will find the most use for it at the time when it will be most useful to them, or spend it on yourself, doing the things you love. Try and work out how long you might live for (you can look this up on the internet), and prepare carefully for retirement, buying insurance against living too long (an annuity). And a few other bits as well. It is quite US-centric, but still an interesting read for non-US.

It has some original ideas but is quite repetitive
Worth a read if you are reasonably well off and a bit of a miser. Makes the point that money is just a means to an end and there are sacrifices you should not be making in the short term. The author gives many of his personal examples somewhat repetitively which many readers will find annoying because they are so different from most peoples experience. It is worth persevering with the book as he does have some original and actionable advice about what to do with your money and how to make life choices.

Good book
Easy reading. Nice topic, but way too much for us in the rat race. No can do

Thought Provoking
A friend had recommended this book and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. It made me think about my future and not just be on auto pilot until 65. My window to do some of the things i have been saving for all these years is getting smaller and it also made me realize that experiences are indeed what life is all about. I am now retiring early to enjoy my family and friends as well as physical activities.Highly recommend this book to everyone.

Interesting Ideas About Managing Your Time And Money
We were recommended this book by some viewers to our YouTube channel, we are a retired mid 60’s couple and are probably too late in age to get the most from this book. However there was some useful ideas we got from reading the book. Bill Perkins writes in an easy to read style and makes a lot of the relevant points from his personal life.It is a good read and could appeal to readers of all ages, we feel this would be a great gift to a son or daughter in their thirties.
