I received this upon my Dr.'s recommendation. The first time I put it on was a bit difficult but after that it have "loosened" enough to where it slips right on but still stabilizes while being worn. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the top part (above the knee) slides down over the kneecap so I find myself adjusting it during my workouts. More of a nuisance than anything. It is comfortable enough during workouts and daily wear. I would recommend it to someone with patellar tracking issues.

I have a tendency to patellar tendinitis. I have found this sleeve to be helpful along with the simple Mueller velcro strap. With them, I can hike, trail run and backpack and have used them for years. So 4 stars for function. But 2 stars for durability. The last few I have bought have failed quickly - the fabric holding in the tube tears and renders this aspect of the sleeve ineffectual. They used to last longer before this happened. As always, you have to experiment and find what works for you. This sleeve has been helpful for me.

I like the way this sleve fits and helps keep my knee from hurting when I run. with it running is painful.

I like that this is low profile and much shorter than the other braces I own and have tried. But I wish the patella band would be softer. I understand the need for some pressure there but this was a bit more than I wanted. Oh, I measured at 14 inches so based on what the manufacturer says, I'm the low end of medium. I'm so glad I didn't go small. I find this medium size to be snug even for my relatively skinny legs. By larger is my suggestion to u.

The product I received was not like the one pictured. I had purchased the one in the picture a few times before - and it was great! Perhaps the one I received was a newer model? I preferred the old model. The one I received had the rubber tubing stitched to the inside of the knee sleeve - a minor difference, to be sure - but a difference nonetheless.

I purchased two to replace a set of these supports I bought more than two years ago that had finally stretched out too much. These do a good job of local knee support without binding or becoming too hot (although I run at night, so I don't know how they feel in the heat of the day). They lasted longer than I would have expected. Using these, together with a firmer pair of running shoes, eliminated post-run knee pains I had suffered.

I really wanted to like this product. I am an avid tennis player and I was looking for something to wear on my knee after arthroscopic surgery. This sleeve worked fine for the first few uses and then started to slip down. I washed the sleeve after several uses thinking that it would go back to being tight again. no go.... sorry.

I purchased this for my mother who suffers from knee problems. She was concerned about wearing a bulky knee support, but this was exactly what she was looking for. In just a short time she has reported that it's provided a great deal of support while also comfortably being worn without calling attention to itself.
