Great at home product
After having derma roller at salons a number of times in London, I was given very mixed advise about doing the process at home. Most felt this should only be done by a professional in a salon but I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. This is a great product. Reasonably priced. And I can definitely see a difference in my skin. I have a lot of blemishes on my skin (sun marks, acne scars from 20 years ago) and using the roller as reduced the appearance of the blemishes and brightened by skin. I use it once a week and have been using it for about 10 months now. Its your skin so you it takes time. Be patient. But I definitely see the benefits and my skin looks younger from regular use. I always use hydrolic acid and a vit c serum after I have rolled and the rolling makes the absorption into the skin so much better. Roller, hydrolic acid + vit C combo with regular use has been the winning combination for for me.Dont get me wrong, I am not saying this is as good as a salon derma roller. But its a good at home alternative. The salon procedure is much more intense and in depth and 100% worth its money. If you are on a budget and want something you can do at home. This is a great solution.

It is what it says it is
This is my third attempt at finding a Derma Roller with needles rather than a wheel and I am happy with this one. It comes in a box with a little tag you pull out like a drawer and the roller head itself has a protective case on it. Other Derma Rollers have a full case but you have to discard these each time you change your roller so it makes sense to use as little plastic as possible and you can just change the head rather than the whole Roller , also it allows the roller to breath when stored.The needles are 0.25 so as a first roller its good.
