Firstly, the bin is fantastic. It’s so nice to have a big bin. It’s great how you can open it with the pedal, this means no matter what you don’t need to touch the bin to open it. The lid also opens fully at 90 degrees for when you just want an open bin to be able to throw constant streams of rubbish, plus you can empty the bin easier.Customer services are great here at Addis, they are quick to respond to any questions you may have and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.There’s only one negative about this whole transaction, it’s nothing to do with the company nor the product, it’s to do with the courier company who delivered it-EVRI. This crafty dis-ingenuous idiot of a driver decided to OPEN my item and throw away the box!! He also ripped off the delivery label and stuck it on the lid of the bin (which he installed incorrectly) the label still had bits of cardboard still stuck to it!, The bin was also scuffed and marked in several places. I don’t get why any company would want to use Evri (AKA Hermes previously) They are a disgrace to the courier industry, I’ve had nothing but negative interactions with them. Rant over.

I was fed up of buying more expensive bins and have them break within the year. This bin was good value for money. Sturdy but lightweight and clean looking. Easy to clean and a perfect size for your kitchen. Lid operares well

The media could not be loaded. To the reviews that say the lid flies off… I’m not sure they’ve clipped it on properly. The bin works great and is sturdy for the money. Very pleased and good colour selection - no issues and does exactly as I need

A great idea for our kitchen recycling bin. Looks smart, easy to use, holds a lot, and easy to empty.

It is easy to put the bin bag in the bin. To get the bin bag to stay in securely without slipping down the inside of the bin. Is not easy. I think I have finally found the way to secure the bin bags. Hopefully I will not be picking out any more rubbish from the bottom inside the bin. I always like to wipe out the bottom of the bin, the inside, the outside and the lid every time we empty the bin. This bin takes ages too wipe out. Especially at the bottom. As for the lid...... my partner gave up trying too get the lid to clip back on. If you unclip the lid. It is not easy too clip the lid back. I can always get one side to clip back on. Trying to get the other side to clip back on is not easy.

Arrived quicker than expected. Very good quality. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

Good large size bin. Lid fixing is a bit flimsy and falls off when cleaning.

Der Mülleimer ist toll. Aber wie einer meiner vorredner öffnet er sich beim betätigen des Pedals nur Dreiviertel, aber man kann ihn dann Manuell vollständig öffnen was überhaupt kein problem ist. Und noch eins : versucht nicht den Müll rein zupressen da macht er dicke Backen und schließt dadurch nicht richtig. 5 Sterne.
