After about 8 rounds of golf with this, I would say that I am getting my money's worth after purchasing this for $99. When it works, which is about 80% to 90% of the time I need it to, it works great with a fast and seemingly accurate distance reading. However, it has a problem identifying the pin with trees in the background or a bright background. I wish it was a little more consistent but I don't use it all that often so I didn't want to spend any more on this accessory and I am ok with this shortfalls of this item.***UPDATE***Upon reading my review, the seller actually reached out directly to me to try and address the concerns about this product that I have. They said it is still under the one year warranty and ensured further detailed testing of the item to improve its quality. Rather than try and replace the item, they did offer a reasonable partial credit for the trouble I am having with the range finder, which was unsolicited. For their efforts, which are highly respected and appreciated by this customer, I have upgraded the ratings from three stars to four.

Easy to use, accurate to at least 600 yds. Measured for some detailed small boat navigation in constrained channels and some precise cartography work. Verified some existing data and corrected some. Also used with gps and depth sounder to find that deep hole where the bass and trout hang out. Still finding other uses, such as ranges to game, fence lines, and more

Awesome tool not only for the golf course, but hunting or construction and many more. I used to carry a measuring wheel in my truck but have now replaced that with this compact range finder that I can wear on my belt. It was delivered on time as expected and the setup was very simple and quick. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has any use to measure long distances.

I was a little bit concerned that the unit would not work well as it was at a low price point. However after I used it once I fell in love with it right away. It performs perfectly and seems to be super accurate. Knowing how far away the lakes, the flagstick isn't a guess work anymore. To help measure the golf game is the best part of this awesome unit. Great product! The batteries are included. Ready to go when you open up the box.

The LR600 Laser Range Finder is tiny in size and light in weight. Moreover, it is accurate within one yard. Various modes is its most distinctive feature, which can be applied to any circumstances. It is easy to get it work and target on the flag. Quick and accurate readout. Extremely useful at my hand, and the building material seems to be strong yet very handy. Works very well and I am pleased with this purchase.

Excellent product. Very light and compact. Very good price for this product. Pin sensor mode picks out the pin quickly and easily. The case has a belt loop so you could wear it during a round. I don't, but it is light enough that you would hardly notice it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'd been wanting to get a laser rangefinder for a while, and this one has turned out to be a real gem. It is very easy to use, and I have no trouble locking onto flags from 250 yards and in. I find it extremely helpful to be able to get yardage to the pin but also front and back yardage to the green. The unit is much more compact than I expected, fitting nicely in a cargo pocket without being distracting during my swing. It has definitely accelerated my play, as I no longer have to wander about looking for marked sprinkler heads, or trying to come up with a guess as to how far away the green is.
