Great water. Great customer service. Would be great if no plastic needed at all as it does come in flat box, bottles covered across with plastic. Possibly change packaging is my only suggestion.

Like many, I've been trying to reduce my plastic usage. The issue is that I really like drinking bottled water. It is convenient to grab from the fridge and for reasons I can't explain - I just like drinking water out of a bottle more than a tumbler. Online reusable water bottles are $9 each. Since I like having 24 in a fridge at a time, that was just way too much. Then I found Open Water at a local cafe and loved the bottle! I bought the 24 pack of the sparkling water with the idea that I am going to keep reusing the aluminum bottles. I've been using the one I bought from the cafe for months now without any issues.While this is definitely more expensive than normal bottled water, you aren't paying for the water - you're paying for the bottle. The bottle is reusable and in that sense, it is a lot cheaper to buy it this way and to refill the water bottles than to buy the single use plastic bottles that get kind of gross after multiple uses.
