Loved it in a vegan capsule

Third time buying the black seed products. I'm glad to say that I have not been sick with the flu or cold all winter probably the first time in my life. Everyone around me at work was getting this strain of flu that lasted more than a week and some even had a relapse after getting well. For many years, I suffered from any type of flu, cold, allergies, bronchial dis-eases, and was always cold while everyone was hot.One day I met a stranger on the street and told me everything about my illness. He told me that he had members of his family who always seemed cold no matter how hot everyone else felt. I used to look astonished a people who still work coats when it was hot to everyone else. Now, I'm one of those people. If I took off layers of clothes, by the next day I was sick. This stranger told me to get Black Seed with Garlic and I immediately went to Amazon to purchase.

My sinuses have been getting worse each year that I finally went to the Allergist to find out what I am allergic to. To my surprise he said I wasn't allergic to anything and I had Non-Allergic Rhinitis. (whatever that is) Basically allergy symptoms with no identifiable cause. If the wind changes direction or the temperature drops BAM! I just caught a case, which sometimes has me bedridden with a fever and drainage for weeks. It makes not sense. Anyway, I started using Black seed oil for Inflammation in my knees and not only does it help with that it totally alleviated my sinus symptoms within 3 days. As long as I take 2 servings a day and do not miss more than 2 days my sinuses are just fine.

This black cumin powder with garlic powder may be fine, but it's also in your kitchen spice drawer, or easily could be as black cumin is not hard to find in Asian shops & organic garlic powder is available in bulk at Costco. I want to point out that this is NOT the OIL that most people are wanting to use for health reasons, though some individuals have reported in other reviews benefits from this product. To be honest, this was my mistake in not reading closely enough (after reading so many others I just overlooked the lack of the word "oil"), but I rated it a 2 because it's true for me. It's not even organic, which would have raised my appreciation. Some people do prefer to have a less refined product, and this is "closer to nature" in that lack of extra processing to extract the oil, so it's possibly cleaner than some oils, there just won't be much oil in a couple capsules. Each capsule contains 325mg of cumin seed powder which from internet research one can find there is about 1 gram of fat in 6.7 grams of seed (1 TBS), or about 15%, which would mean you're getting (in a whole form, granted) only 48.5mg of oil. Not much. It would take 44 capsules to get a teaspoon of oil. Too many.

Very satisfied

I started taking this to improve my health--high blood pressure mainly. My hair is growing so fast and my nails too. My hair is a natural gray and I do believe it is darker after taking this product. The only complaint I have it that the garlic sometimes comes back on me--if you know what I mean--but I can live with that for all the other benefits. Also, my blood pressure is in the normal range. Not sure it is because of the Black Seed only, but I know it is helping me.

I rarely give reviews on products mostly because I feel it can, most times be done adequetly in less than 25 words but had to tout the virtues of this product. I take a large number of supplements for a variety of reasons. This product had almost immediate positive results for my prostate, mental clarity and maybe more that I'm not aware of. Highly recommend you try it.
