Candeer Heat Cap for Deep Conditioning, Microwavable Treatment Steaming cap, Hair Styling and Steam Cap with 10 Pcs Disposable Shower Caps, Black

I initially tried this product because I'm tired of pulled out a hooded dryer to deep condition my hair. This was a great alternative at a decent price. The directions say heat up to for a max of 85 seconds and the heat should maintain up to 30 minutes. I did and found that it really only lasted 10 min at most and it wasn't warm enough for my liking. I put it back in the microwave for 2 minutes and it was definitely warmer and steamy this time and it lasted maybe 15-20 minutes. Overall I would definitely recommend this product, simply on design alone and not having to stay under a dryer and stuck in place. However if you typically DC your hair for more than 15min (I like to be under a dryer for 45 minutes min), be prepared to put the cap back in the microwave a couple of times!

So I love my cap! It works great. No burning or foul odors that I noticed. I have however did experiment on how long to microwave it. A full 1:30 sec and it still held up great and did its job. I would suggest to the ppl not use conditioning hair cap all the time. Once or twice a month is all you need!!

Really nice heat cap. Does the job although I needed to reheat it in the microwave several times. One thing to note is that I had to shake the filling around to distribute it evenly throughout the cap. The first time I used it all the fill had settled into the bottom of the cap leaving the top half empty if the heated fill. Otherwise I love the cap.

It was so heavy on the head but wanted non flaxseed one I think somehow it was sent instead. And it didn’t hold heat long and I did it on my Mom’s head who said it heavy and the heat didn’t last the the full time either. It’s a nice product and all that but not for us.

Doesn't stay warm long enough. Certain areas heat more than others. Have to position ends of hair on top of head to receive the caps definition of warmth. Cap is heavy. Wouldn't repurchase or recommend.

The heat was not distributed throughout the cap and I had to put it in the microwave twice within a 30 minute period because it cooled off pretty quickly. Really disappointed in this.

As of now I love this product. The last one I had the beads burned after a few months and I never put it in the microwave for over 2 minutes. I hope this one will last longer.

This is a must have!

This cap is supposed to stay warm for 30 mins only stays warm for ten mins at a time have to keep putting bk in the microwave. Also it’s very heavy & tight. I’d give it no stars if I could

Poor stitching. Cap spilt at the seam on the first use. I popped the capnin the microwave for 3.30 seconds on a medium heatx put it on my head, scratched the middle of my head from the top of the cap and flaxseed started to spill out! I bought this because it was cheaper than the one i had originally wanted to get...now I know why!!

Have used a few times now and works very well, no complaints!

Met my expectations! May seem basic, but I often have high expectations. After following the instructions the cap was hot enough to increase penetration of my conditioner but not hot enough to cause discomfort on my sensitive scalp. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because I found that it cooled down quite quickly, but I solved for this by placing a towel over the cap to help retain the heat for longer periods of time.
