Okay, so let me start with the back story of my skin, I think that is super important when deciding whether or not to buy a product. I am 42, and have acne (ugh) some hormonal, some cystic. I have scarring from previous worse acne as a teen. I also have fine lines developing around my eyes. I have liver spots, and I also have dry skin everywhere except my t-zone. I bought this because I had been using vitamin C, and retinol in two separate serums, and although I did like them, I feel like they were drying me out, and not really doing much. So, I have been applying this for about a month, and I am SHOOK. I have noticed a drastic change in my skin. My scars look smooth, crows feet look less visible, and almost tighter around the eye area, my forehead lines literally look like I have had botox, they're gone, no joke! My skin looks young, bright, and plumped. I started using this one one time a day at first at night, and it did cause an initial drying in spots, but after my skin got used to it, I started using it in the am, and have had no dry spots. I use a gycolic acid toner, then I apply this, then I apply a mineral sunscreen, as well as rosehip oil around my eyes, and HOLY shiz, my skin is like a glowing smooth beautiful fresh baby. I can't even recommend this serum in mere words. Used correctly, this could be legit the only thing I ever use until death do us part.

I started seeing the effectiveness in 6days . Makes my skin very smooth and fades out dark spots on my face.

I really liked this serum, especially for the light and easy to spread texture which really helped me make it last. I've gone through one bottle. It dries fairly quick and doesn't leave you feeling sticky at all like serums mixed with Vitamin E, even if you apply it heavily. The pores on my face did become a bit less noticeable, which was great! Though I wish it had Ferulic Acid instead of collagen, as collagen can't actually be absorbed through skin and it seems gimmicky in topical products (taking hydrolyzed collagen orally will actually get it in your body).Everyone's skin reacts different to products like this and unfortunately I've noticed the development of milia on my face since using Vit C serums (in general, not just this one) and I think I'll going to have to try AHA/BHA products instead. My only other complaint about the product is the inability to answer what the Vit C percentage is—I've never seen another product not disclose that before.

I use and like the cream version of this and thought I would try the serum. Personally I like serum's that go on wet and then become tacky and quickly dry as it penetrates my pores. This product is oil based and it goes on oily and stays oily for a long time. The sensation for me is that it's just sitting on top of my skin and not getting below the surface. It does eventually dry but takes hours. Until then there's a feeling of having a coating of oil on my face, which I can't stand. As for the effectiveness, it does smooth out the skin and my face definitely felt softer in the morning with a more even tone. I do feel like the cream version worked better for me and is much more drying. I have naturally oily skin so adding more oil is not what I want. Perhaps if your skin is naturally dry and you like the feeling of adding an oily product to your face that doesn't quickly absorb, then this might be for you. It certainly has an attractive price point.

I have VERY sensitive skin and this did not break me out at all! I would certainly recommend!Update: over 90 days with this product and my skin looks more beautiful by the application. I seriously struggled with adult acne my entire life and this product has not only faded my acne scars and wrinkles.... but I no longer break out! Amazing stuff! I originally ordered this because I get eyelash extensions and it's oil free, but I'll buy this stuff forever now! The photo is after 90 days and not a drop of makeup. Bye bye acne!

I did not care for this product. It is very smelly almost medicinal. You only need a small amount on your face. I broke out with acne after two uses. Won't use or buy again!!
