got the puzzle in the mail and the packaging was fine, i started to do the puzzle and found 3 broken puzzle pieces so far and a defaced picture piece off one of the puzzle pieces. all the puzzle pieces are made with flimsy balsa wood with a glued on picture face. the only good thing about this puzzle is the pieces actually snap in together and the colors are nice but that is about it. i cannot finish my puzzle because it came with broken and defaced pieces. still not even sure if all the pieces are there as i have not fully put it together yet. i would like a refund i paid 22 dollars for this puzzle which is quite a lot for a puzzle and it should NOT of came with broken pieces.

The box was disappointing because it shows several puzzles made by this company and a check mark next to the picture of the particular puzzle. Also only labelled in Asian language. The one English sentence is comical because it doesn't make sense. "Specification colors and contents may vary from illustration, pls in kind prevail"

This was my first time buying a wood puzzle. I wish I could give it more stars! Very well built, truly snap together. I could pick up the completed puzzle with no fear of it falling apart! I enjoyed building it and look forward to buying more. Dismantling it took a bit of time because it was so securely put together lol. The picture was bright and clear and a joy to make!

I love the letters on the back to determine the area and orientation of the pieces. And the fact that the puzzle is made of wood instead of paper is just an additional plus. It is a bit difficult to take apart once it is together.

Colors were great and the wood pieces click together. You can pick this puzzle up once put together and it won't fall apart! I will be ordering more.

This took a bit of pressure to put together and I did not have the patience to take it apart. The colors are nice, and the picture fun, but I can not recommend it for a gift or for pleasure.

There was a tremendous amount of dust with this puzzle. Also, when you put pieces together, they are hard to take apart. To disassemble the puzzle, you basically have to pull each piece, one by one, off the finished puzzle. I did like the picture. I didn't like the smell that these plasticy pieces had.

We've been doing puzzles from various companies over the last few months and in our opinion this is THE best puzzle as far as quality. The image is clear and bright, the pieces snap and hold together nicely, and the price is comparable to other puzzles. We plan to buy more by this company.
