I don’t recommend it
It didn’t improve my health even though i am on healthy diet with low carbohydrates from only normal sources. Also this seller didn’t show any third parties examining the product and assured that it does not contaminated with heavy metals. The selling is vey low only 12 and I am one of them because the product is not high grade.
