Optimal protection against leaking water STEIGNER acrylic threshold protects the bathroom floor from flooding. The strip creates a water barrier, trapping water in the shower area. Thanks to the transparent form, the acrylic threshold is aesthetic and is perfect for any bathroom arrangement. SDD03 acrylic threshold can be used in classic shower enclosures, with barrier-free showers, on the floor, etc. Self-adhesive makes the installation quick and easy. The installation of the acrylic threshold is extremely fast and simple. All you need to do is remove the red protective foil and apply the strip to a cleaned, degreased and dried surface. Then press the element firmly and wait 24 hours before the first use so that the adhesive bonds well to the surface. In the case of installation in a shower enclosure, the acrylic threshold should be covered by the wing from the bottom seal (approx. 2-3 mm).

Works well as a drip guard for a bath.
Even though this is for the floor, I have used it on my bath(30cm strip). We have an overhead shower and the sink slightly hangs over the bath. As a result, water often drips down the side/corner of the bath. There are other drip guards available specifically for baths but I found them unsuitable. It's not the prettiest thing to have on the bath but the profile of this very low and being clear helps.

I was really pleased with the service from this company and the quality of the product. I used the threshold in my wetroom to keep the water from flowing throughout the entire room. It was easy to install. I also added some silicone around the edges to be extra waterproof although I'm not sure if it was necessary. The item was shipped from Germany and was well-packed.

Steigner seal
I needed to refurbish my main shower but the door threshold seal was too far gone and I couldn’t find a replacement and then I came across this steigner seal, I would definitely recommend, sound obvious but measure between bottom of door and floor/tray to see what size you need.

Does the job
It was what I wanted, clear, unobtrusive seal to keep water from flowing out of shower area onto floor. Did stick it down though with a clear silicone sealant rather than use the tape attached

Stopped the water leaking out!
Worked exactas expected. Came complete with double sided tape on the bottom which mad the fitting really easy. Was easy to cut to size using dremmel. Very pleased the floor next to the shower now stays dry even after two teenagers have both used.

Just what I was looking for
Stuck onto side of my bath below the shower glass to stop water leaking onto the floor. Works a treat. Super easy to stick on too, and is a very firm hold.

One week later, it just unstuck.Much flatter than I thought. Easy enough to cut to shape. Good quality product itself
